Run by the same folks behind The Pasta Factory, Noi Quattro serves up Naples-style pizza pies with light and fluffy bases from their Northern Quarter restaurant on High Street. Their bright and airy space and knowledgeable staff (the place is run by four Italian friends, with Noi Quattro translating to ‘the four of us’) provide an authentic European experience, and their bold flavours and punchy toppings (the Avazzanese boasts roast potatoes and rosemary) make this a great place to visit.

It didn’t take long for Rudy’s delicious Neapolitan-style pizzas to get a nod in the Where To Eat Pizzas world guide book – and for good reason. Their thin, Italian-style dishes are stone baked to perfection in their cosy, neighbourhood pizzeria and topped with a variety of fresh ingredients like creamy buffalo mozzarella and spicy nduja sausage. You may have to wait a little to bag a table at this ever-popular spot – but it’ll be worth it.
