First up at the venue situated at the Redbank Project is a night of alcohol and creativity with their do-it-yourself Rockstar Cocktail Night on Thursday 1 July. With tickets priced at just £15, guests are treated to dinner from Manchester’s very own local vendors Osaka Local and Tikka Chance on Me whilst being given the opportunity to mix up their very own drinks using Rockstar Spirits.
The event teaches participants how to make the iconic ‘GRUBa Libre’ as well as how to design their own daiquiris for the night. Running from 7pm until 10pm, Grub’s Rockstar Cocktail Night is one to watch (and taste), with the event looking to be a complete sell out.
