Christmas Eve at Dulcimer is soundtracked by none other than Dulcimer regular, Andy Shake’N’Fingerpop, so grab a mug of mulled wine and enjoy a fine selection of soul, afrobeat, and more. Plus, Andy is promising free mince pies — get in!
Igniting the weekend is local label and DJ gang Stutter and Twitch taking over the decks for a Friday night party. Expect funk and soul classics to get back in the swing of things after Christmas.
Saturday night sees local selectors Family Affair choosing from their extensive collection of blues, soul and funk. Free to attend and kicking off at 9pm.
Head to Dulcimer on Sunday eve to catch Honey We Three, an Irish folk group headed by Seamus Cowan and featuring delicate strings and lush vocal harmonies.
