Following an impressive £160,000 investment to improve the facilities of the gym, Whalley Range Sports Centre now boasts an impressive upgrade that ranges from new flooring to equipment.

With an all-new women’s only gym to match, their ‘For the Girls’ programme, supported by Sport England’s ‘This Girl Can’ campaign, is about encouraging being both active and comfortable in your gym setting.

Ran exclusively for women by women, the sessions on offer are totally inclusive and designed for women with all abilities in mind.

Waterside Leisure Club

The Waterside Leisure Club in Didsbury has an entire gym exclusively dedicated to female members. Well-stocked with all the latest equipment to enable women to work out at their own pace, Waterside is a great place to start.

Belle Vue Female Gym

Belle Vue Sports Village has opened up a separate ladies-only gym following a massive £200,000 refurbishment.
