Hawksmoor Manchester has revealed plans to reopen its doors on Thursday 16 July with a reduced capacity and catering for dinner options only. The news comes as many of Manchester’s best loved restaurants have began welcoming customers back through their doors having been forced to temporarily close due to the COVID-19 crisis. Headed by founder Will Beckett, the Hawksmoor Manchester team aim to relaunch with an experience that’s as close to normal as possible, providing award winning steaks, roasts and irresistible sides in a tweaked environment that’s as safe as possible for both staff and customers alike. Table bookings for up to eight people are available now via the Hawksmoor website – alongside details of the venue’s new opening schedule.

For those who are unable to visit or find themselves still in lockdown, the venue has also unveiled plans to launch Hawksmoor at Home boxes allowing customers nationwide to enjoy a meal for two in the comfort of their own home. Priced at £120 and limited to 500 per week over the next six weeks, these meal packs will contain everything you need to bring the Hawksmoor experience to your table, including a Hawksmoor cookbook, 35 day dry-aged Porterhouse steak, bone marrow and madeira jus (for making bone marrow gravy), koffmann potatoes and Hawksmoor beef dripping, British tenderstem broccoli and gentlemen’s relish. Hawksmoor’s new food boxes also come with a selection of alcoholic drinks for an authentic restaurant experience, including Hawksmoor blend Pulenta Malbec, a bottle of their ultimate dry Martini and two cans of Hawksmoor lager.
