With Pride just around the corner, it’s just about that time of year for HomoElectric’s annual throwdown. Now taking over all three floors of Factory after their move a few years ago from Legends, you can expect the very best in disco, italo and synth-driven house. Heading the bill is electropop songstress Little Boots (pictured), who’s been carving out quite a reputation as a DJ on top of her own output. Her recent vocal bootleg of Todd Terje’s Inspector Norse has been causing waves all over and should be a sign of what to expect this Sunday. The Crazy P Soundsystem will be equally highly-anticipated, with an inimitable DJ/vocal setup that showcases the finest disco-tinged electronic sounds. Rounding out the lineup are the likes of Shake Yer Dix, with a bag full of electro, dance troupe Legs And Coq and HomoElectric mainstay Will Tramp!, ensuring hours and hours of high-quality dancing entertainment. Early birds are selling at £12 and they won’t be hanging around for long, so move quickly if you don’t want to miss out – this will be a proper party for a proper weekend of partying.
