Hyatt Manchester teams up with Franklin & Sons for summer bar takeover

The Graduate Bar at Hyatt Manchester has announced a special summer-long collaboration with the famous Franklin & Sons.

Available until the end of August, guests can enjoy a handful of limited-edition cocktails crafted in partnership with the historic drinks brand.

Pull up a chair in the bar’s atrium, lounge or charming outdoor terrace, which features Bee Jin, the hotel’s own Manchester Bee sculpture, and enjoy one of three new summer-inspired tipples.

There’s the Spritz: a botanical, refreshing blend of gin, elderflower liqueur, sparkling wine, and Franklin & Sons Elderflower and Cucumber Tonic Water; the Pink Breeze: a fresh, sweet mix of citrus vodka, fortified rose wine, strawberry syrup, and Franklin & Sons Rhubarb and Hibiscus Tonic Water; and La Costa: berry gin and black raspberry liqueur topped with Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic Water.
