Hyatt’s Laureate Restaurant is hosting a one-off Mother’s Day buffet

The Laureate Restaurant at Hyatt Manchester has announced it’ll be hosting a special Mother’s Day buffet.

On Sun 30 Mar, the one-off buffet menu will offer a selection of fresh salads, comforting soups and a live carving station with slow-roasted strip loin, grilled salmon and roasted chicken.

Guests can also enjoy a variety of sides and house-made sauces, while the dessert counter includes a live crêpe station. Ensuring there’s something for the entire family, a dedicated kids’ corner will be serving up mac and cheese, mini beef sliders, chicken schnitzel and fries.

After lunch, guests are invited to continue their celebrations at The Graduate Bar, which will be serving everything from classic cocktails to barista-made coffee. The Laureate’s peaceful garden will also be open, should the infamous Manchester sunshine threaten to make an appearance.

There will be two sittings for the Mother’s Day buffet: 12pm – 1.30pm and 1.30pm – 3pm. Prices are £38 per adult and £19 per child (5 – 12 years). For more information or to book a table click the button below.
