Pioneering electronic duo Leftfield will headline Stockport’s Moovin Festival this summer.
Renowned for their role in shaping electronic music in the 90s, Leftield’s debut album Leftism is still regarded as a landmark moment for the genre.
Leftfield are the first headliner to be announced ahead of this year’s festival, with organisers teasing more to come over the next few weeks.
Described as a ’boutique festival in a bull field’, Moovin has established itself as one of the region’s best small festivals since its debut in 2016, set in the picturesque Etherow Country Park.
This year’s festival will again take place across August Bank Holiday, running from Fri 23 Aug – Sun 25 Aug.
