A unique and delicious blend of Scottish and Indian cuisine, Roti has proved a hit during its time in Chorlton and Sale. Now, it’s set to open another spot, just down the road in Didsbury.

The new addition will see the team take over the kitchen at The Boiler Room on Burton Road

Renowned for dishes like the ‘Wee Poori Parcels’; crispy hollowed puris filled to the brim with yoghurt, chilli, tamarind chutney & masala spices, and the ‘Mince & Tatties’; Roti spiced pork with chole potatoes, Roti merges the two long-entwined cultures quite brilliantly.

The culture clashes continue onto the drinks menu too, most notably with tipples like the ‘Irn-Bru Negroni’, a creation I had no idea I needed until now.

Roti’s latest venture will open to the public on Thu 5 May and you can make a booking using the button below.
