Insta opp: Iconic Pride paintbrush returns to Spinningfields for Manchester Pride 2019

Head to Spinningfields this Bank Holiday weekend and you’ll find a 10 metre tall inflatable paintbrush that’s dripping with rainbow paint – all in celebration of Manchester Pride 2019. A must-see photo opportunity for Instagram lovers, this giant, eye-catching installation returns to the area between Thu 22 and Tue 27 Aug and can be found along the steps of high-end shopping district The Avenue. This colouful piece comes complete with a 25m trail of colourful paint reminiscent of the rainbow LGBTQ flag which leads away from the paintbrush and towards the Crown Courts in the centre of Spinningfields. The Pride paintbrush was created by Designs in the Air, a collection of artists that are renowned for creating larger-than-life inflatable street-art installations.
