As they close for the summer, the folk at Islington Mill tend to go at July pretty hard – and, adding to their already pretty full-on schedule for the month, they’ve decided to open up the usually dormant ground floor space as a café for the next couple of weeks. Open between 12pm and 3pm (lunch), and 6pm and 9pm (supper) between Wednesday and Saturday, the café’s menu is a mix of meat, vegetarian and sweet pies, with bargain prices of £2.50 (or £4.50 if you fancy a bit of salad with it). As well as that, each session will be curated by a different artist who resides within the Mill, giving a chance for the community to meet the creative souls who hang about at the Mill. Full menu below.
