The Gaslamp is hosting a series of pop-up dining events this month. The Bridge Street bar has partnered up with Chorlton’s Fire & Salt BBQ to launch Basement BBQ, which will take place on Thursday evenings throughout most of April. The menu, which will change each week, tonight features chicken-fried ribs (pictured), maque choux and mac ‘n’ cheese – all included within the £10 entry fee. Staff will also be on hand to suggest beer pairings.
