Freelance photographer Jon Parker Lee celebrates ten years in the profession as he looks back over a decade of his finest photography with an insightful exhibition at 2022NQ. Having had his work featured in the likes of The Independent, The Times, The Sun and Manchester Evening News, Jon has shot everyone from Paul McCartney to David Cameron to the Dragon’s Den dragons and more. Speaking of the exhibition, Jon explains ‘it’s the most diverse and entertaining mix of images you could see in a solo show. That really sums up doing press photography and being a freelance.’ Such diversity extends those featured in the images too, also depicting the move from film to digital photography and a decade full of major social shifts. All compiled into a single exhibition, it’s bound to be an extraordinary insight into the events of the past ten years, and the photographer who documented them.
