Sat 2 Jun: Index with Hidden Spheres & VASE
Manchester native Hidden Spheres crafts jazzy, percussive deep house with a lush mellow feel. He has released a string of flawless tracks on the likes of Rhythm Section and Lobster Theramin, and most recently, under his own label, Fruit Merchant. VASE completes the billing with ambient techno.

Wed 6 Jun: Idiom presents Auntie Flo, Letherette, Werkha
Highlife founder, Auntie Flo, looks beyond Europe’s borders bringing an international selection to the floor. Expect sounds that deftly meld electronic with West African, Middle Eastern and South American music. Ninja Tune artist Leatherette brings a funkier feel, and Werkha’s jazz inluenced beats round off the evening.

Thu 7 Jun: CLUB Pelicon presents 12th Isle
The White Hotel, hosts a night of scuzzy, leftfield sounds from Glasgow based label 12th Isle. Known for their off-kilter approach, selectors might delve deep into the basement record bin to mix oddities of 70’s sci-fi with densely textured beats.

Fri 8 Jun: Night Cultura presents: Fantastic Man
Night Cultura presents Fantastic Man, an evening of music to celebrate legendary Nigerian Electro-funk musician, William Onyeabor. A pioneer who inspired the likes of David Byrne and Damon Albarn, the famously reclusive DIY artist self-released 9 acclaimed albums throughout his lifetime. Local DJs will play a selection of remixes, edits, and originals, with live percussion the night long.

Sat 9 – Sun 10 Jun: Parklife
Parklife is back in 2018 with another stunning lineup that covers everything from techno and all out disco, to grime and new wave. VIP tickets are still available, so dust off the wellies and head along to Heaton Park to catch some of the music scene’s biggest names perform back to back. Our eyes are on the Palm House stage with the likes of The Black Madonna, Nina Kraviz, Motor City Drum Ensemble and Peggy Gou.

Fri 29 Jun: Zutekh presents Andrew Weatherall & Manfredas all night long
A name that needs no introduction, Weatherall’s prolific career has spanned generations and genres. Always unconventional, his Soup Kitchen set promises to be as maverick as the man himself. Support comes from Lithuanian DJ, Manfredas, another non-conformist known for pushing the boundaries of Electronic music.
