Nell’s has unveiled a stacked lineup of activities that’ll be taking place over at their Kampus spot throughout the Easter bank holiday weekend.

Whether you want to sing your heart out, try your hand at painting or just get stuck into those now-famous New York slices, there’s plenty to keep visitors busy.

Kicking things off on Thu 14 Apr will be a special edition of Nell’s Karaoke Party, hosted by the incomparable Banksie and drag-superstar musician and Girl’s Night Out creator, Monopoly Phonic. For those brave enough to get up on stage early, there’ll be free shots for every performer through the first hour. If not, the £5 cocktails might be enough to tempt you later on. Entry is completely free, and proceedings get underway from 8pm-late.

On Fri 15 Apr P-Ro and Jack Duckham—two parts of renowned neo-soul RnB group Lovescene—will take to the decks for a special B2B set and host a few conversations about all things music, life and Lovescene. That kicks off at 7pm, entry is free and guests can enjoy £5 margs and daqs all night long.

Hot Take on Sat 16 Apr will see DJs Rudy Mead (4pm-8pm) and Zeyla (8pm-late) spin the perfect Saturday soundtrack, which again, is completely free and can be enjoyed with £5 margs and daqs all night.

Since there might be a few sore heads in the place, Sundaze seeks to offer a hangover haven, with jazz, future beats, soul and R&B supplied by the likes of Jenna G, Marco Woolf, Atiké and Obeka (Me Gusta) and Piano in the City. You know the drill by now, free entry and £5 cocktails all day, all night.

Finally, drawing the bank holiday to a soothing finale, will be the folks from Cork and Canvas hosting an art takeover and market. Under their expert guidance, budding Picassos of all experiences can create their own masterpiece as they sip the afternoon away. Tickets are £30 and are available through the Cork and Canvas website.
