Check out a heavyweight lineup from three of most diverse and talented DJs on the circuit this weekend. Described as “the best DJ you’ve never heard” (Fact magazine) with links to LA’s Brainfeeder family and BBC 6Music’s Gilles Peterson, Kutmah returns to Mcr alongside Leeds’ Bambooman. Jon K, the mastermind behind a recent Fact mix and local guru of sound (he set up Eyes Down, is a graduate of Fat City Records and now plays out with the Hoya team) rounds off a night of off-piste beats. The evening starts with a rare, free exhibition of work by French artist Ashes57, in-house designer at the Swamp 81 label.
