Laid-back luxury: Embankment Kitchen reveals romantic Valentine’s menu

Love is in the air at Embankment Kitchen, as the venue unveils this year’s Valentine’s Day specials.

Guests will be able to indulge in a romantic set menu in the brasserie and bar’s stunning, laid back setting, sampling sumptuous dishes like Pan Seared Scallops and the Wild Mushroom Tart.

For those looking for a little extra oomph from their mains, the Chateaubriand for Two; a 425g 28-day-aged beef fillet with truffle dauphinoise potatoes, fine beans in a shallot butter, rocket and parmesan salad with a bearnaise sauce and porcini jus should do the job.

Desserts include the extravagant Sharing Platter for Two; white chocolate and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate and espresso mousse, vanilla tuile and champagne jelly.

The set menu includes three courses, is priced at £38pp and is available from Fri 11 Feb – Mon 14 Feb.

A new cocktail menu will also be available, with tipples like A Kiss from Cupid, The First Spark and Aphrodite’s Crush all on-hand to help wash things down.
