Matinee added: Josie Long at Gorilla

Josie Long is set to continue her love affair with Manchester (check out her delightful short film set in Chorlton – and mainly filmed in The Parlour – below) with a headline stint at Gorilla in March. She will be performing her critically acclaimed show ‘Cara Josephine’, in which she reflects on her childhood with heartbreakingly honest material that may be her most intimate to date. Undertaking her sixth nationwide tour at the tender age of 32, Long is still a truthful, self-deprecating and warmly hilarious comedian who has managed to stay grounded throughout her meteoric rise. A pretty much nailed-on sell out (we hear there’s just a handful of tickets left), we suggest you get your tickets for this now – and get ready to laugh a lot as you quickly fall in love with Miss Long.
