London’s popular music-led Latin American restaurant and bar MNKY HSE comes to Manchester this autumn, marking its second spot in the UK.

A day-to-night venue, the new opening—expected in September—promises to bring the vibrant cuisine of Latin America to the city, alongside a carefully-curated live music programme.

The food menu aims to showcase diverse and exciting dishes, with sharing forming a central theme of the concept.

Signature servings include Crunchy Wagyu Truffle Taco, Yellowfin Tuna Ceviche with Caviar, Chilean Sea Bass and the MNKY HSE Extravaganza Luxury Platter. There’ll also be a comprehensive cocktail and wine list to sit alongside.

The interior features multi-sensory design and lighting, a central bar, open kitchen and DJ booth.

Boris Kofman, MNKY HSE Co-Founder, said: “We are very excited to bring the MNKY HSE brand, energy and family to Manchester, adding to the growing number of exclusive brands coming to the city. Manchester was always on our radar in our expansion plans and we look forward to launching later this year.”
