London’s popular music-led Latin American restaurant and bar MNKY HSE has now arrived in Manchester, marking its second spot in the UK.
A day-to-night venue, the new opening promises to bring the vibrant cuisine of Latin America to the city, alongside a carefully-curated live music programme.
The food menu aims to showcase diverse and exciting dishes, with sharing forming a central theme of the concept.
Signature servings include Crunchy Wagyu Truffle Taco, Yellowfin Tuna Ceviche with Caviar, Chilean Sea Bass and the MNKY HSE Extravaganza Luxury Platter. There’d also a comprehensive cocktail and wine list to sit alongside.
The interior features multi-sensory design and lighting, a central bar, open kitchen and DJ booth.
