The first market of the year, Levy market is leaving winter behind to bring the foodie delights back to Saturday mornings. Conveniently located next to Levenshulme train station, the five minute journey from Manchester Piccadilly leads the weekend browser to a varied range of traders which have included the Icky Sticky Cake Co., Coffee Cranks Cooperative, Mio Pizza, Nila’s Burmese Kitchen, Trove Bakery, organic vegetable produce and a fully licensed bar. With arts and crafts stalls too, it’s a great out-of-town bolthole for Saturdays. This Saturday’s market includes a performance by local ukelele and vocal group Levy Uke-Up.

Every Saturday, Levenshulme Train Station car park, Stockport Road, Levenshulme, M19 3PJ,, 10am-4pm, FREE, www.levymarket.com
