All Bar One hosts a unique collab between Absolut Vodka and viral ice cream brand Little Moons for a string of limited-edition Christmas cocktails this December.
Exclusive to All Bar One and available at both the bar’s King Street and Trafford Centre locations, the Chalet cocktail menu has been crafted using the warm, festive atmosphere of a chic après-ski lodge as inspiration.
Each of the new additions comes topped with a Little Moon ice cream snack wrapped in rice flour dough, inspired by the traditional Japanese dessert Mochi.
The cocktail specials include a Cinamon Bun Espresso, which features Absolut Vodka, Kahlua, oat drink and cinnamon roll syrup, topped with a Little Moons Salted Caramel mochi ball and toffee crumble.
The Very Berry Martini: Absolut Raspberri vodka with Chambord, cranberry juice, lemon puree and raspberry syrup, topped with a Little Moons Very Berry sorbet mochi ball and dried cranberries.
There is also a Smoked Blood Orange Margarita: Olmeca Altos Plata tequila with Del Maguey Puebla Mezcal, blood orange syrup, Mexican lime, agave and salt, topped with a Little Moons Blood Orange and Pink Grapefruit Sorbet mochi ball.
And finally, the non-alcoholic Berry on the Rocks: Everleaf Mountain, shaken with cranberry and apple juice, raspberry syrup, lemon puree and dragon fruit powder, served with a Little Moons Very Berry sorbet mochi ball.
