On display at HOME and across the city centre, the MADE IT 2022: Annual North West Graduate Art Prize returns for its fourth instalment with a unique submission call to regional art graduates: anybody can enter, everybody gets accepted. Running until July 24th, the collaboration between artist-led organisation Short Supply, HOME and Jack Arts showcases the work of over 200 new graduates across the city, and every single piece submitted is available for public viewing.

Established in 2019 as the brainchild of Short Supply, the exhibition provides emerging artists with an invaluable – and usually their first – opportunity to amplify their voice, establish a creative network and begin laying the foundations of their careers.

Thrown into sharp relief by two years of artistic displacement and summary evisceration of funding for creatives, the MADE IT ethos emerged from the pandemic with even greater emphasis on mutual assistance. Across HOME, Granada Foundation Gallery 1 and on billboards throughout the city centre, every submission is visible as part of an ambitiously extensive and captivatingly diverse display.
