Iconic whisky brand, Chivas Regal, have opened a school in Manchester teaching you how to craft your own whisky blend. Each Art of Blending session is an informative hour-long experience, hosted by Chivas Regal whisky experts at which guests have the chance to learn about the heritage and history of premium whisky. The session takes in the origins of single malt and grain whiskies and includes the chance to sample different malts and delicate grains with flavours varying from creamy, smoky, citrus, fruity and floral. Each unique experience offers the chance to discover the art of blending, understand how the different flavour notes are ‘blended’, before creating and taking home your own, bespoke blended whisky. A must for anyone with an interest in making their own dram – or who just loves whisky. Plus there’s an incredible Chivas cocktail included as part of the package.
