The latest edition of Manchester Union’s monthly supper club will see pop-up bakery and florist Bread Flower join for an evening of delicious bites and booze.

Serving up a specially-crafted Autumnal menu in the unique setting of Manchester Union’s taproom, the brew and bakery specialists will deliver a series of creative food and drink pairings, all of which have been influenced by the season.

Centred around the theme of ‘ferments and flowers’, expect warming dishes that celebrate pickled and preserved food, accompanied by garnishes of edible blossoms.

The three course menu will feature sharing boards of freshly baked sourdough, locally sourced cheeses, an array of delicacies cooked in beer and more playful takes on seasonal, preserved produce.

For £45, guests will be treated to a welcome drink, starter, main, and dessert – all of which has been carefully curated to award-winning beers from the brewery, which is situated just metres away.

Tickets are available to book below now.
