Opening this summer, Palate bar and restaurant is rumoured to be a new project from the team behind the Parlour and the Castle, a kind of separate offshoot. The Castle group’s other bars and restaurants include The Parlour in Chorlton, Gullivers, The Castle Hotel, The Eagle Inn (Salford) and the Baker’s Vaults (Stockport). If confirmed, Palate – located between Tiny’s Tipple and Chorlton Off Licence on Wilbraham Road – will be the group’s second venue in Chorlton.
