Iain M. Banks, aka Iain Banks for his more mainstream fiction (The Wasp Factory, The Crow Road), makes an appearance at Anthony Burgess Foundation to launch his latest science fiction novel, The Hydrogen Sonata. The novel follows on from where Banks left his techno-utopian Culture universe 25 years previously in Consider Phlebas.
