Food news: Mowgli to open second site on Oxford Road at University Green

Indian street food restaurant Mowgli has announced it will be joining other traders at Oxford Road’s University Green from Monday 21st January. Mowgli, which recently ranked No. 17 Fastest Growing British company in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list, will join a previously confirmed line up of neighbours, including Takk, restaurant and bar Loungers, authentic American burger brand, Five Guys, a Co-op Food and Pret A Manger. Features of the new Oxford Road restaurant include a floating Indian Temple inspired ‘door on the wall’, a living tree, as well as hand carved pillars and signature lighting, the perfect setting to continue their dedication to fresh, vibrant, fuss free, home-kitchen style Indian cooking.
