NTS takes to Oxford Road’s The Whitworth Gallery next week (Thu 14 Nov), for an evening of live music and DJs presented by the Whitworth Young Contemporaries – a dynamic collective made up of young people and students who work on forward thinking events and projects set within the Whitworth Gallery’s stunning space. This gallery-after-hours session will feature music from club DJ and R’n’B producer Michelle, a live set from hip-hop/R’n’B rising star Katbrownsugar, plus the sounds of SisBis’, Giovanna and cosmic disco duo Hangin’ Out In Space. Each will take to Manchester’s #GalleryInThePark next Thursday for a mid-week music extravaganza. The event promises a showcase of the best NTS Manchester talent, marking the success of the NTS broadcasting studio in Manchester, which currently streams for 10-hour broadcasts every Sunday.
