Four Noble Truths yoga studio has just opened in Stockport. Named after a central teaching of Buddhism, the new yoga studio is the brainchild of jivamukti yoga teacher, Stacey Parkes and local businessperson, Tony Farrar. Described as Greater Manchester’s largest studio to date, the studio is set to offer hot classes in an indoor, inflatable structure alongside its non-hot programme over the coming weeks. The studio is located in the Victorian-era Hallam Mill and joins the established Hot Lotus yoga studio in Stockport to rival to Manchester city centre’s yoga scene. The schedule includes everything from mum and baby yoga to strength building jivamukti classes. If you’d like to give 4NT a go, new customers can enjoy unlimited yoga for £35 for 20 days, and there’s free parking on site too. Book via the link below.
