Aberdeen brewery Fierce are gearing up to launch their debut Manchester bar in the centre of the Northern Quarter. Due to open to the public on Friday 4 September, Fierce Bar will be serving its vegan-friendly, flavour packed beers from the same cosy spot previously owned by Marble Beers on 57 Thomas Street. It’ll mark the chain’s third bar, following in the footsteps of their Edinburgh City Centre and Aberdeen venues and will be selling the same selection of draft beers, snacks and take away cans.

Hand crafted in their native Aberdeen, Fierce split their brewing produce into five punchy categories – hop forward, fruity and sour, stouts and porters, and seasonals and specials. Their beers are made with locally sourced ingredients (where possible), available worldwide and include a range of gluten-free options, with an emphasis on packing each pint full of flavour. Their new Northern Quarter bar will no doubt be a welcome addition to Manchester’s thriving independent brewery scene. Keep an eye on our Instagram feed for a sneak peak inside the store later this week.
