Over the last four months, regulars of Manchester’s innovative DSLR video group (unsettlingly titled Bokeh_Yeah!) have created a number of film adaptations of poems, written by authors associated with the Manchester-based independent publisher, Comma Press. One for poetry fans, supporters of Manchester’s thriving lit scene, as well as those with an interest in the video potential of the new generation of DSLR cameras. Check out the trailer (Upon a Crocus Cloth by Adele Myers) for a sample of what to expect at this screening which takes in new work by James Starkie, Madeleine Steeves and Jessica Symons.
