Veggies rejoice: Mosley Street’s vegetarian restaurant Bistro 1847 launches its new winter menu this week – and it’s offering 50% off until Friday. With new Development Chef Alex Claridge on board, Bistro’s menu has been given a complete overhaul with a large selection of homemade & British favourites, as well a vegan-friendly cocktail, wine and beer list. Available in the restaurant now, choose from starters such as port & stilton pate with crisp toasts and chutney; tuck into mains including crunchy nut Panko soft-boiled hens’ egg and local beer battered marinated halloumi; and finish with sweet treats including spiced apple crumble or orange curd drizzle cake.
