A new bar and live music venue called Red Door has opened underneath Botanist bar on Deansgate. This bar has links with the Living Ventures group which includes names like Alchemist, Botanist, Australasia, Manchester House and many more. As such, customers can expect upmarket cocktails and premium wines, beers and spirits. The bar has opened on the former site of JW Johnsons and joins sister bars in Liverpool and Chester. It’s open until 2am weeknights and 3am on weekends – look out for a review to follow.
