Manchester’s fitness scene has been transformed by the arrival of yoga studios and school, The Life Centre – and they’ve just launched their new and expanded Autumn timetable. Located opposite the Hilton on Deansgate, The Life Centre is a sister venue to to the established London Life centres. Classes range in duration from 45 – 90 minutes and run morning to night, seven days a week. Choose from hot yoga, dynamic jivamukti and ashtanga classes and more meditative classes such as the yin and kundalini yoga. Regular gong baths and weekend workshops offer something different for beginners and experienced yogis alike – and teaching is a real strength. Enjoy classes by One Yoga founder Andrea Everingham and ashtanga teacher, Donna Southwell alongside a team of more than 20 others with no need to pre-book. Fancy trying it for yourself? The Life Centre offers a newcomer package whereby new clients can try any of the classes on offer for 21 consecutive days for £30. Simply drop in and sign up. Classes cost around £10 per class and there are a range of pre-payment packages on offer, such as 20 classes for £160 or monthly membership options. The Life Centre sells yoga wear from fitness brand, Lululemon Athletica, and you can hire towels and mats at reception for £1. There are spa-grade changing rooms, complete with hairdryers and lockers. Click here for the new timetable – and get involved today.
