The last few big names to be added to Electrik’s laid back one deck sessions have been pretty huge in Maxine Peake and Jane Weaver taking to the singular turntable to spin their favourite records. This month however ends with one of the city’s biggest and best DJs in Mr Scruff so it’ll be interesting to see how the man known for his marathon mixes handle just the one deck and still ‘Keep It Unreal’. Every Wednesday Electrik welcome their favourite vinyl collectors to play the eclectic picks they might not be able to break out at their usual club DJ sets, more like playing their favourites with friends at home. The line up is below so keep your Wednesdays free and indulge in the crate digging of the masters.
