Trove have finally announced an opening date for their much anticipated second Ancoats restaurant and first ‘restaurant proper’. Located next door to their city centre cafe and brunch spot, Erst is aimed more at the evening end of things, offering laid back dining options as well as natural wines, beers and cocktails. As with Trove, everything will be made from scratch; dishes could include salt cod with blood orange and capers or beef tartare. They’re taking booking now.
