In the past decade or so, Parkour and Freerunning have become cool urban sports. They have made their way into TV shows, music videos, and even a Bond film. To celebrate this fact, the crack team from the North West’s leading parkour and aerial Centre, Evolve, have produced a new show called Flow which features parkour, aerial stunts and much, much more. Performers include Evolve’s in-house aerial stunt team plus some of the most acclaimed Freerunners in the country. There will be choreographed stunts, aerial routines and various feats of agility, all taking place on an urban-style obstacle course. Reach via Junction 9 on the M60, or take the number 19 bus. As well as creating this exhilarating show, Evolve also serve up fitness and performance skills training in classes that include parkour, aerial arts (like trapeze and swinging from silk), personal training, and team building as well as obstacle course training for events like Tough Mudder (although, we hope, with less emphasis on the mud).
