Britain’s favourite Caribbean restaurant Turtle Bay has announced a four-day Summer Sound Clash Festival that will take place across seven of its restaurants throughout July and August. It’ll be arriving at the Turtle Bay Manchester Oxford Street from Thu 1 to Sun 4 Aug where customers can expect a festival series inspired by the tropics and a short island holiday away from the mundane reality of the real world. Summer Sound Clash Thursday will bring the feel-good start to the weekend with live music, rum masterclasses and sunshine-inspired Caribbean bites. Friday will be full of live reggae DJ sessions and rum-filled cocktails. Saturday will kick off with a brunch party with the ultimate Caribbean twist, with sunshine-inducing dishes such as the Big Kingston Grill Down or Avocado Smash, accompanied by bottomless Sunshine Bellini’s for just £25 per person – plus there will also be live music all day long! After all that fun, Sunday will be a time to relax and chill out with live DJs, share food and sip rum as the weekend comes to an end. What more could you want this summer?
