Pasta Paul’s Post-Office Pay-Day Ping-Pong Party at Kosmonaut

Renowned party starter and much-loved man about town Pasta Paul – pasta by name, pasta by main source of nourishment – hosts (deep breath) Pasta Paul’s Post-Office Pay Day Ping-Pong Party later this month. Taking over both floors of Kosmonaut for one night only, the party boasts DJ sets from the likes of Dance Lady Dance, Wet Play and Work Them, and of course a ping-pong table. Table tennis appears to be having ‘a moment’ with specialised ping-pong bars popping up in London and Berlin’s trendier corners, and the excellent Ping Pong Club throwing monthly parties here at Kraak. The latter features brilliant multi-player round-the-world death-matches; if #PPPPPP is half as fun, it’ll be a blast. While the 31st may be payday for some, it’s tax return deadline day for freelancers so we imagine there will be equal amounts of celebrating and commiserating. Grudge match, anyone?
