Back in February indie club Underachievers announced that they would be calling it a day, leading to much nostalgia across social media. They announced that they would have two last parties in April: their fifth birthday and then a finale. This penultimate event features shoegaze faves Patterns and promises to be less funereal and more a celebration of what Underachievers have managed to… erm… well… achieve since those early nights at Saki in Rusholme – where Patterns first played for them way back in 2010. Get involved on the Facebook event and help choose some of the tracks that will be playing. There will also be farewell memorabilia on the night in the form of fanzines and free CDs. Come be part of Manchester clubbing history.
