Skyline Manchester, a new photographic exhibition by Manchester-based digital artist Andrew Brooks is moving from Neo to the Refuge at the Palace as part of annual festival, Design Manchester 2016. The display launched on Wednesday 5 October with a sneak preview both to the new Bruntwood Neo development as it nears its 2017 completion, and the exhibition moves to the Palace from Thursday (13 Oct). Brooks’ expansive cityscape panoramas showcase the urban environment in all its colourful glory.
