Bound Art Book Fair returns for its second year and will be hosted at The Whitworth. Not only is the fair characterised by over 50 stall holders, it is also a political and activist exploration of work by UK and European artists. The fair includes workshops, talks, commissions, as well as a Friday night preview party. In the age of digital communication, fake news and activism, this year’s print fair will pay special attention to the press as a political tool and explore artists who use print their primary output. The fair will also look at recent publications that give voice to the marginalized, taboo and silenced.

Preview night on Fri 12 Oct, 5-9pm, Sat 13-Sun 14 Oct, 11-5pm, Whitworth Art Gallery, Oxford Rd, Manchester M15 6ER, Tel: 0161 275 7450, free, www.whitworth.ac.uk
