Manchester’s nomadic cabaret collective Pen:Chant is back with three great names in spoken word and song. BBC poetry New Talent Choice Byron Vincent will bring his comedic blend of wordsmithery following solo shows about social anxiety and mental health. Young Identity’s Reece Williams will showcase new work, including exclusive peeps into his 2018 poetry collection – he’s performed with the likes of Linton Kwesi Johnson and Kate Tempest. And Manchester-based singer-songwriter Zoe Kyoti will lace bittersweet folk music with hints of her English, Austrian, Greek and Armenian heritage. This is a step into Salford for Pen:Chant – this special event is part of The Lowry’s ‘Roundabout in Little Hulton’ pop-up theatre season.
