It may seem like an age-old Northern Quarter institution, but the Port Street Beer House is only just turning four years old. To mark the occasion, PSBH is hosting a mini Netherlands takeover, with two acclaimed Dutch breweries showcasing exclusive keg lines. Oedipus is a microbrewery founded by a group of friends from Amsterdam. The company’s success allowed it to crowdfund a new ‘brewpub’ that will produce a new kind of tipple every week. Utrecht-based Rooie Dop is famed for its experimental creations featuring unusual ingredients, such as Brazilian coffee and lapsang souchong. Port Street is hosting this joint tasting session, featuring folks from both breweries, with the event kicking off its week-long birthday celebration. Please check the website below for more details.
