Berlin-based Project: Mooncircle is one of the defining underground labels for modern, hip-hop-derived electronic music. Take that as a starting point to mean anything from hazy synthscapes to robot boom bap: headliner of this event, KRTS (pictured), layers gorgeous instrumentation over ridiculously lovely chords as a matter of course. He’s joined by label mates Rain Dog and Submerse, plus label founder (and regular Red Bull Academy Radio moderator) Gordon Gieseking on DJ duty. The show is a joint venture between Mind on Fire and the FutureEverything festival, forming part of a plethora of events over the weekend.
