Psychmare Before Christmas at Soup Kitchen

Soup Kitchen team up with the ever-brilliant Grey Lantern once again to see in the Christmas festivities with some of the best psych-tinged rock from around the region. Headliners come in the form of slick London outfit, The Oscillation, who live up to their name with a blend of droning tones, disheveled layers and hypnotising groove. The evening also sees the return of elusive Manchester band, Kult Country, whose kaleidoscopic arrangements and swirling shoegaze guitars proved a highlight at last year’s festivities, while Base Ventura round off the line-up with their psych/garage sound and reverbed vocals. Complete with DJs and mind-blowing live visuals, this line-up looks set to provide you with a mesmerising psychmare to last the whole Christmas period.
