Ray Cooney’s entertaining farce Out of Order makes a weeklong run at Bolton’s Little Theatre this month. The play takes place in a suite of a posh London hotel and follows a junior government minister, played by Peter Scofield, who has to lie his way out of an embarrassing situation with the help of his side-kick, played by Andy Withers. As the action unfolds, the situation gets more and more desperate. The play is the directorial debut by Simon Mott and Kev Walsh. The theatre’s next performance will be of Arms and the Man by GB Shaw, which runs from 9 to 16 November.
