Polish jazz collective EABS arrive at Manchester’s Band on the Wall this July on the back of a sold out vinyl release of their debut album, Repetitions (Letters to Krzysztof Komeda). Borrowing the best bits from their peers, who include fellow hip hop inspired virtuosos BadBadNotGood, the septet amass an empowering sound through brass, saxophone, guitars, turntables and percussion. The Repetitions project channels Polish jazz influencer Komeda as a retelling of the old through contemporary musical compositions.
