Bundobust is a firm favourite of ours at Manchester Wire; their dedication to authentic Indian street food has earned them celebrity status around Manchester, and their Okra Fries just make us melt.

So it comes with immense excitement to be able to tell you that Bundobust Brewery on Oxford Road will officially be opening its doors next month! September will see the restaurants second venue completely transform into an in-house brewery, where guests can dine and drink as they please.

The news comes just a few months after the boys at Bundo released their very own ale and lager line, which has been over two years in the making (thanks for that, Covid). Now, Bundobust has a total of five original beers, including the New England pale ale Peela, the Dhania pilsner, a creamy chai-infused porter called Chaitro, American IPA ‘West is West’ and Schwarzbier ‘Andhera’.

There are even some new beer snacks too, including an exciting little rice puff appetiser, coloured and flavoured with a blend of house spices.

Keep your eyes peeled for more information and an official opening date – coming soon.
